Are
members allowed to bring guests to the club?
- Members
receive two complimentary day passes per individual guest per
year. Otherwise, guests may purchase a daily or weekly pass
for a nominal fee. All guests are required to check in at the
front desk and present a valid photo ID to the staff. There
are also provisions for long term guests. Check with the Membership
Services department for more details.
What
is the age limit for youth access to the club?
- Our
club youth policy allows membership from the ages of 14 and
older. A liability waiver must be signed by a parent or legal
guardian. For more information contact Membership Services.
What
are the rules for reserving racquetball courts?
- Racquetball
may be reserved a maximum of 48 hours in advance of the date
and time requested. Courts may not be reserved for more than
one hour per member name. However, your partner may reserve
a court for the second hour. A court reservation is automatically
forfeited 15 minutes after start time if a member fails to arrive
and take possession of the court. Members MUST remember to cancel
court reservations if they do not intend to use the court in
order to release the court for another member's potential reservation.
Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a $5.00 penalty
assessed to your membership account.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
- No.
All contracts can be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day written
notice of cancellation. However, all six month and one year
memberships are non-refundable.
