Central Park Square Athletic Club located in downtown Phoenix,
Arizona, is the area's premier executive health club. Our club provides
a professional and non-intimidating environment, and our qualified
staff is ready to serve your needs and help you achieve your health

Central Park Square Athletic Club was established
in 1985. This 17,000 square foot facility is designed to cater to
both the local corporate and residential populations. By offering
amenities such as complimentary towel and clothing services, we enable
our members to easily get in an exercise session with limited interruption
to their work day. Our proximity to the Willo, Encanto, and Palmcroft
districts makes us an excellent neighborhood club where members can
take advantage of convenient weekend hours and resident specials.
In addition to our top notch facility, we also take pride in providing
exceptional service and programming. Members can enhance their health,
skills and individual awareness through a wide variety of programs,
including group fitness classes, yoga,
personal training, nutritional counseling & Online
Nutrition, massage therapy, physical
therapy, racquetball and indoor swimming.
