Wednesday’s at Noon with trainer, Markus a boot camp with
extreme cardio, core and plyometrics specialist.
We now have Zumba classes! Zumba
is
a high intensity class, a fusion of Latin and International music
creating an extreme cardiovascular workout in a dynamic and exciting
environment. Great for all fitness levels. Zumba Class is Wednesday
evenings at 5:30 pm and Thrusday’s at 12:15 noon with Krista.

Fitness Plan: Functional Training – Are you bored
with your training regime? Are you tired of working without seeing
any results, then functional training may be just what you need.
This workout incorportates kettlebells, saddle bags, jump rope
and a variety of non traditional fitness exercises to keep you
motivated and able to see the results of your hard work. For a
nominal fee this workout can be done one-on one, in a small group
setting or on your own with a weekly workout posted by one of
our fitness trainers. See staff for details.
