try your endurance in our Ball Throw Challenge the last Friday
of every month. The top Male and Female in two age categories
at the end of the year will win the cash prize.
Fitness Plan: Functional Training
Are you bored with your training regime?
Are you tired of working without seeing any results, then
functional training may be just what you need. This workout
incorportates kettlebells, saddle bags, jump rope and a variety
of non traditional fitness exercises to keep you motivated
and able to see the results of your hard work. For a nominal
fee this workout can be done one-on one, in a small group
setting or on your own with a weekly workout posted by one
of our fitness trainers. See staff for details.
